I popped in Aldi’s last night (actually looking for some leftover Christmas deals) and ran across this little box of Campfire S’mores Dessert Dip Mix on the Aldi Finds aisle.

I was a little hesitant to pick it up at first but for under $2 bucks and only requiring some marshmallow cream and cream cheese (which I had at home), I figured it was worth a shot! Right???

When my little jumped in the bath, instead of sitting down and relaxing like my master plan called for, I quickly mixed the dip and put it in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes.

By the time she was all clean and dry…the dip was chilled and ready to serve. I broke out the fancy Teddy Grahams, the ones with the chocolate chips and let the kids take a bite.

The dip did have a hint of campfire like the box claimed. It was chocolatey and sweet – not syrupy sweet, but JUST RIGHT for a bedtime snack.

This little dip was a perfect addition as a school night dessert and there is still plenty left over to indulge in over the weekend.
