School is finally out, and summer is in full swing at my house.  SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY OPEN and the “do nothing” mode has been activated.

My little has been bugging me to get her a little pool to cool off in the yard. Usually, I give in and buy one. Problem is, within about 3 uses, she is over it. It takes too long to fill, the water takes too long to warm up, the barn kitties try to balance on the edges and usually pop holes in the side and by the time everything is just perfect and ready to get in, the pool is filled with leaves and bugs.

This year, I decided to try something different.

I searched and searched Amazon until I ran across this cool little splash pad. I was hesitant at first because I was afraid she would think it was to babyish but she loves it.

It is super easy to hook up and it has been a hit so far. I am pretty sure we have used it every.single.day. since we bought it.

The water comes out as soon as you hook it up. She doesn’t get too cold and she can run and jump and play on it. She is in full control of her fun and she loves it.

I am certain I will get my monies worth this year!  PRINCESS SUNSHINE is happy and that is all that matters.
